It is with great pleasure to announce the establishment of William Adams Pty Ltd as our authorized MaK brand engine Parts and Services distributor in Australia, New Zealand, Solomon Islands, American Oceania, Fiji Islands, Vanuatu, and French Polynesia. Caterpillar Marine Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (also known as “MaK Asia”) and William Adams Pty Ltd entered into a formal agreement on 24th June 2022.
William Adams Pty Ltd has replaced CJA Marine Technology as our MaK Parts and Services distributor in Australia who as previously communicated ceased operations at the end of 2021.
With this appointment, William Adams Pty Ltd has responsibility for supplying MaK genuine parts, product support, and after sales services to MaK customers in the countries listed above with direct support from MaK.
As a long-established Caterpillar Dealer with a strong focus and excellent reputation in servicing Caterpillar engines in marine applications, William Adams makes the ideal partner to expand their marine service portfolio to include MaK brand engines to help MaK Asia to ensure that its customers are well serviced across the region.
