New Replacement Spare Parts

As the only MaK Factory authorized marine dealer in the Asia Pacific Region, MaK Asia supplies only genuine MaK parts and components. MaK genuine spare parts and components originate from the MaK Factory in Kiel Germany and are only distributed via authorized channels.

All genuine MaK spare parts purchased from MaK Asia come with a 12-month factory warranty from the date that the part is delivered to the customer or end user. This warranty covers recognized defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover for misuse, improper installation, improper operations and maintenance not in accordance to MaK operation and maintenance guidelines and requirements, operating with fluids and chemicals that do not meet MaK requirements etc.

Service Exchange Parts

MaK Asia supplied service exchange components come with a 12-month warranty from the date that the part is delivered to the customer or end user. This warranty covers recognized defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty does not cover for misuse, improper installation, improper operations and maintenance not in accordance to MaK operation and maintenance guidelines and requirements, operating with fluids and chemicals that do not meet MaK requirements etc.

Service Workmanship

MaK Asia provides a 3-month workmanship warranty on field service and workshop related work service and repair jobs. This is limited to the services provided by our service engineers and technicians and is separate to the standard parts warranty.

Please note that MaK Asia does not provide any workmanship type warranty when providing only supervisory services to a customer, end user, or the shipyard appointed third party service provider. Such warranty is to be provided by the third party service provider.
