If the customer does not require a turnkey service solution then MaK Asia can provide an experienced service engineer who can guide, instruct and oversee the customers appointed third party service provider.
Voyage Maintenance and Repair
MaK Asia can provide the man power, basic tooling and equipment required to perform engine maintenance and repairs onboard the vessel while it is sailing from Port to Port during normal operation. Job conformation is based on the nature and scope of the repair, receiving sufficient advance notice, availability of service personnel, availability of tooling and equipment, the location of the vessel and the area where the vessel will transit.
Turnkey Scheduled Engine Maintenance and Overhauling
MaK Asia can to provide the manpower, tools, equipment and parts required to perform the scheduled maintenance or overhauling of an engine onboard a vessel. Job confirmation is based on receiving sufficient advance notice, availability of service personnel, availability of tooling and equipment, and the service location of the vessel.
Turnkey Engine and Component Repair
MaK Asia can to provide the manpower, basic tooling and equipment required to perform engine repairs onboard a vessel.
